Spread the love

Wandered off the city of light
Late into the Night
Ran From an incessant call
Wandered off with no illumination

The Journey to the jungle appeared happy
The Adventures seemed fulfilling
My Face lit up,as the light died slowly
Till I can’t see no more

I Travelled the jungle with no guidance
But Just a voice,
A voice that commands me what to do
And what cage to trap myself in

I soon became tired of the darkness
But I can’t leave the jungle
For I have locked myself with many chains
Just as the voice commanded

Soon it dawned on me that the jungle is no fun
Nor the Cages and Chains adventurous
And I realised I am lost in the jungle of darkness
and the only sight I now see is me in my Murk

Spread the love
